In accordance with the By-Laws of Virginia Beach Postal FCU, you are hereby notified that the 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at 4:30PM on February 13, 2026, at 501A Viking Drive, Virginia Beach, VA.

The purpose of the meeting is to update the membership on Credit Union preformance, financial condition, and to elect the three Board Directors.

To satisfy the quorum for this meeting, 15 members constitute a quorum. Only those members in good standing with the credit union may count towards this quorum and vote at the meeting. Your attendance is important and definitely needed.

We hope to see you at the meeting and appreciate your continued support of the Board. If you have questions regarding the meeting, please do not hesitate contacting us.

Eligibility requirements are as follows:

- The student must be a primary account owner.

- The student will be enrolled full-time at a college/university or vocational school.

- The student must complete an essay on this topic.  What makes a credit union different from other financial institutions and why is financial education so important?
